Project Challenges & Solutions
A project doesn't end with a clean site; it ends with a more valuable asset. In the Sheffield property market, 'First Impressions' are everything. By replacing tired, cracked, or pebbledashed exteriors with our crisp, through-coloured Ecorend systems, we significantly increase the 'curb appeal' of your home. Real estate data shows that a professionally rendered detached or semi-detached home can see a valuation increase of 5% to 10%, making your rendering project one of the most cost-effective home improvements available today.
Life After the Trowel: Our Maintenance-Free Promise
Our relationship with our customers doesn't end when the scaffolding comes down. On this page, you’ll find information on how our hydrophobic Ecorend systems stay clean naturally. We provide every customer with a simple 'Aftercare Guide' to ensure their white silicone finish stays crisp for decades. Because our systems are through-coloured and UV-stable, you can say goodbye to the 5-year repainting cycle. We are always just a phone call away for advice on maintaining your property’s new curb appeal.
Solving Complex Property Issues in South Yorkshire
Every property in Sheffield presents its own unique challenges. On many of our projects, we encounter 'blown' traditional render, structural movement cracks, or high-suction old brickwork. In this section, we highlight how we solve these. Whether it was using specialized Ecorend G10 primers to bond to difficult surfaces or installing crack-stitching bars before rendering a period terrace, we don't just cover up problems—we engineer long-term solutions. This technical approach is why our finishes remain flawless while others fail.
Transforming Homes Across the Sheffield Region
We take pride in our local roots. Our project map spans from the prestigious detached homes in Dore and Totley to the modern extensions in Aston and Aughton. We have extensive experience working with the specific red-brick aesthetics of Hillsborough and the stone-fronted properties in the Peak District. By understanding the local micro-climates and architectural styles of these neighborhoods, we can specify the exact silicone or monocouche system that will perform best for your specific street.

The Problem: The client’s home had tired, cracked pebble-dash that made the property look aged and dark. They were tired of the "dirty" look and wanted a bright, contemporary finish.
The Solution

After hacking off the old pebble-dash, we applied a high-performance Johnstones ,full silicone render in a white(connie) We integrated a full fiberglass mesh layer to ensure the new finish stayed crack-free despite the age of the masonry.
The Result

The house was completely transformed in just 16 days. The "silicone" texture provided a crisp, clean look that drastically increased the home's curb appeal.
